La Saison de Julie. Still early but already showing great promise, nice head and good fruit start with hop finish

Yeast starter for Saison
Made a 1L yeast start in preparation for a Saison brew session this weekend.
- 650ml water boiled
- Added 1/2 Cup DME and 1/4 tsp. yeast nutrients (probably should have done these after boil, didn’t want to add too much though)
- Brought to boil for ~15 minutes
- Transfered to flask and cooled to room temp
- Pitched the WYEAST #3724 BELGIAN SAISON YEAST
- Shake it and foam stopper inserted
